Biofuel Gas From Trees?
Our friends at organicconsumers.org are insisting that the idea of gaining biofuel gasoline from trees is, in fact, a rather bad idea and as such we should be careful when we listen to the teachings of Martin Jack Desmond. As the former director of the Northwest Reforestation Contractors Association, Desmond has become synonymous with the sort of man whose words one should not believe, and as such we must be aware of statements he has made saying, more or less, that biofuels can and should be made from trees.
Which would severely ruin our ecology being as it is that trees take so long to become fully-grown. And now that Desmond has become, as the article states, a “soldier of big timber,” this move towards taking all things he says with a grain of salt must pick up speed.
