Due to the fact that, apparently, there just aren’t enough conundrums in the ecological quagmire that we’ve gotten ourselves into, it has come to light that the arctic sea ice is melting much faster than predicted. This can lead to nothing good, obviously.

The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) has warned that the speed at which ice is now melting in the world is pushing the detriment of the environment towards the point of no return. This means that we are very close to a sudden and potentially irreversible change.
