When a storm in Ohio knocked out power to all but one building in a town, the sustained light and power could be attributed to two fuel cells, which were each about the size of a refrigerator. This could spell good news in terms of the energy crisis which the United States is currently struggling through.

Organicconsumers.org had the story, stating that “unlike traditional technologies, which burn fuels like oil, coal, and natural gas to make power, fuel cells rely on chemical reactions to produce electricity and heat” and this could be very good news.

At any rate, it’s something to look into, and think, and maybe even dream about!
