No Wheat or Grain?
The thought of wheat and grain prices going up so high, and the amount of wheat and grain available to hungry consumers diminishing somewhat rapidly, is not a very happy thing to ponder. Indeed, it is downright disheartening even as it seemingly gives much more clout to all those Atkins Diet-followers who have been shunning carbohydrates for years.
Yet grains are a vital part of any diet - the whole kind, of course, not all that white flour but rather the whole-wheat flower that “alternative” lifestyle individuals have been embracing for decades and which now the more mainstream and general public are embracing as well. To have those grains become unavailable is without a doubt a very disheartening prospect.
Yet it is still something to think about, to think about how we are all inter-related in our workings with one another all across the Earth, and now we need to take care of our natural resources in order to ensure that future generations will be able to continue living as we have done.
