Fruit For a Meal?
I’m on a new eating schedule, of sorts, namely thanks to an ever-thinning bank account. My new schedule consists primarily of a bag of apples that I bought early in week. I take an apple out of this bag each morning and that is my breakfast.
That is my breakfast after my so-far-so-good-workout schedule of 45 minutes of cardio work before work. Not too shabby, and trust me when I tell you that I am proud of myself and patting myslfl on the back with consistency now that I’ve made it to day four of such continuous workouts.
However, proud of myself for my working out as I may be, I am not foolish enough to think that a single apple - organic or not - is an acceptable breakfast, especially after a workout such as that. So let’s take a peek at what I should be eating, shall we?
